Delivery and Shipping Costs

We ship worldwide with various carriers depending on your location. The most commonly used are DHL, UPS, Fedex. Alternative options are available, please contact us to agree on a delivery method.

The cost and delivery time is calculated individually, depending on the choice of the carrier.

Normal dispatch time (time from confirmation of payment for the order to the transfer of the order to the carrier) is 2-4 business days. If the goods must be ordered from the supplier, the delivery time may be longer. Any discrepancies are reported to you on the order confirmation. You can then change or cancel your order of 30 USD.

Desert Wireless will not bail out packages for cash on delivery. Unreceived shipments returned to us will be billed at the actual value plus handling fee.

If your package arrives with visible defects, you must report this directly to your shipping handler (your local delivery company) upon receipt of the goods. It is good practice to take photos of any damage to the packaging before unboxing your shipment.
